Service Description
A 10 week course on exercising in tune with your body and its needs. Sundays from the 11th January, excluding the 25th Jan. Utilising dumbbells and body weight, this series will guide you through exercising with awareness to your body and your breathing, supporting you to feel more deeply your muscles and how you respond to movements in exercise. Come and join me for a wide range of exercises built into a variety of workouts, each one a little different in focus. The course will focus on simple easy to follow exercises and how we can build strength and feel vital. There will be some cardio moves and stretch and dynamic movement too. Recordings will be available.
