The live classes run every few weeks and include strength, balance, cardio, and flexibility workouts. There are a combination of online and in-person classes (for those local to the Northern Rivers).

Join A Live Online Class

There are a range of classes available at different times of the year for different fitness levels. Book onto a class and join each weekly session. Recordings are available.

1 on 1 appointments are available either in person or online, for those who want indervidual support to build and maintain that strength and vitality.
